Internship discrimination remains a hidden obstacle for many MBO students. We created a national awareness campaign built around a clear and accessible route map that helps students recognize discrimination and understand which steps they can take if they encounter it. The campaign makes a complex and sensitive topic approachable, while encouraging openness and equal opportunities.
